Hi Mag,
It has been awhile since I sent photos of my pups. I have a new little pin who is keeping all of
us on our toes. She is named Katie after my Mother. I never had a daughter so Katie is Mom's name
sake. Gunther and Ted are nearing 10 now so it was time for a new buddy for them. Gunther is my
first minpin. He is doing well but does have problems with congestive heart failure. He is on
medication and at this time is doing very well as you can see from his photo. My little ones are
hating the rain here in California. They think they will melt. Thank you for all you do for IMPS.

I just thought I would update you guys on how my little guy is doing.
We've had him for nearly two years now and he's been a charmer. He had
a hard time in the begining and when we lost our other minpin, but he
is a trooper and has even learned to tolerate the playful little peke
we adopted last year. Shadow totally steals the hearts of everyone and
I have to keep an eye on him in public so no one runs off with him!
He's a BIG dog in a little body and boy he wont let you forget it! I
hope everyone else is having just as much fun with their babies!!

I can't believe Rusty's been with me for almost 2 years. I don't know what I'd do without him. After a rough start with the cats, we've settled into a nice place. That's not to say that everyone is great friends, but somehow they've all learned to live together. We just don't leave them "unsupervised." : ) A cat to chase is just way too tempting for him. He's really a terrific little dog, and is definitely mama's boy, and my shadow. I just love it. Plus as a pair, he and Lola are very entertaining, and he puts up with her moods like a good guy should.
I just can't say enough about Rusty. We just had a bunch of family in from Idaho... Sierra had her First Communion. Rusty was the a big hit, and we had a couple relatives that would have loved to have taken him home with them. He's just such a love. We also went to the vet Friday morning for vaccinations....same story. A couple of the vet techs just couldn't get over him. He's such a character, and such a love. I just "beam" when I talk about him...can you tell???
I was able to get a cute picture of Rusty and Lola at Christmastime. I thought you might like to see it.

Hi Mag,
My name is Melina and I am a volunteer in Los Angeles. I just wanted to share a couple of photos of my pre-teen, 5 month old boy, Noon, we call him Noonie, but I originally named him Noon Tide Pantalaimon. Long name, long sory. Anyway, this boy is smart as a whip and LOVES LOVES LOVES everybody he meets! I am so proud of this little guy. He got neutered last week and taking it like a champ.
One photo is a close up in the sunlight coming through the window.... his favorite place to be in the afternoon...
and the other is of Noon in his tee shirt and tough guy collar.
Thanks for posting all of the photos and stories...I just love seeing everybody's little one's!
Thanks so much,

Update on the former Tiger, now Charlie (IMPS #005248)...
'Elo. It iz your favorite Frenchman, Charlie Pierre. After living in California all my life, my mother moved me to Portland, Oregon. Now, I live with her and her boyfriend in a big new house. I am not quite zure vat to make of all the rain. It makes my beautiful little feet very dirty and my mother is constantly wiping them off. I do not like it ven my mother wipes my feet. I am afraid it will ruin my pedicure. I now 'ave to share my mother with her boyfriend. He is no match for me. I am much more good looking. In my spare time, I enjoy terrorizing the neighbor's cats, marking my new territory (vhen it is not raining, ov course), and playing tug-of-war with my mother's boyfriend. I vant my former family at Travis Air Force Base to know that I am happy and healthy, and that my French vocabulary is expanding as I plot to take over this wet city.
Love,

Hi Mag,
Dont know if you remember us..we first adopted Ally several years ago and were crushed when she died only a year later. Everyone at IMPS was so kind and found us Mr. Moto (then Gizmo) to help us fill the whole in our hearts. He is a very special little guy. We now also have two tiny Micro Min Pins both under 4 pounds full grown. Thought you might post these newest snap shots.
Mr. Moto has made it clear that he would rather hang out with the little dogs rather than the big Border collie and Olive the 12 pound Min Pin....they all get along fine. but he would rather boss the little ones than be bossed by the big ones..cant say i can blame him...
Thanks

hi mag, i don't know if you remember me or not, but i adopted Red back in 1998 and i ran across your website and wanted to send an update on Red and send some pictures.
Red is 6 years old now and as you can see, his muzzle is white. He has been a wonderful, loving dog. He just loves to be loved on and petted and if i could've picked a name that suited his personality, it would be "Flirt". Once someone touches him or pets him, he just melts and doesn't want the petting to stop and he "paws" you with his paw to keep petting him. I still have my other two min pins Bebe and Pepper and the three of them have been so wonderful together all these years.
I am sending some pics of Red. thanks so much, sabrina.

Mag,
Please post this picture of April (adopted from IMPS in April 2005.) She got 'nabbed' in the act
and seems to be saying.... "No Mom.... I don't know how that trash bag got there...!!!"

We adopted Tilly from IMPS as a wedding gift to each other in October 2000. She was with us through one move, two kids, and other pet adoptions. Every day, she'd find her place in the sun, right up until the end. She slept by my side at every nap and night, and she loved us like only a dog can.
Today, after six wonderful years with our little girl, we said goodbye. It is the toughest decision we make, when it's time to let our babies rest. Tilly was blind, deaf, and not without pain. Our hearts hurt with the loss and there's a hole where Tilly used to be in our family.
We buried her in the backyard, in a patch of sun, just like she would have chosen for herself. Thanks to IMPS for helping us with the adoption of our little Tilly, and for allowing us to say goodbye to her here.
Jeff & Grahame

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at IMPS. Murphy has fit in here perfectly and acts as if he has been here his whole life. He's a great dog, and great companion to me and my other Min Pinscher Lil PJ. I can't express how happy I am with him.

Our Bruzer

In November of 2005 we decided to add another addition to our "pack".
We already had two rescued kids but felt we need another "little guy".
We searched many Internet sites and thought about a puppy, but when it came down to it, we knew we wanted to rescue a min-pin.
We filled out and application when we saw a cute guy named "Mickey" and knew he was ours.
A wonderful lady named Natalie called me and we spoke for several minutes about this sweet little guy and my husband and I talked it over and decided to adopt him.
After his foster mommy dropped him off, he slowly became a great addition to our family!

Now this guy has a GREAT life! He enjoys camping in the desert with us and our many friends as well as their dogs, too.
He has made such great strides with us and we are so happy!

At first he was very scared of people and would nip, growl and run away.
That's why we changed his name to Bruzer!!! He was so protective of everyone!!!
Now, he still barks a little, but he lets people come up to him and pet him, which I thought might never happen. He loves cuddling with his big brother Bailey and they are great friends. Even though they fight over ALL the squeaky toys. Our other doggie, Foxy, likes him, too.
I came home from work the other day and they were both in the same dog house cuddling up, it was too sweet.
So, needless to say pictures are worth a thousand words so, here are some great pics of our 3 babies!!!
Hope this story is encouraging to the people who rescue these wonderful little dogs! We know we are thankful to have found him!
Please enjoy some family photos!!!

Mr Moto babysits
Victoria and the whole crew.
Mr Moto has asked for a transfer from the "big dog group" to the "little dog group" That way he can be a big shot..with the other dogs he is always the smallest...he' rather get the same treatment that the babies do...He seems to like to babysit Petulla and Rusty. He hates it when they play too rough....Petulla and Rusty can be a real handfull.
What? We werent doing anything.. honest!!!
Really, I'm too old for a babysitter.
You're not the boss of me!
What do you meant its nap time. We arent tired!
Yep, He's still watching......
Ahh sleeping at last.....
Kinda cute when their asleep!
Now I can hang out with dad....
