So many colors! When the call goes out for volunteer blocks, we get such a variety. Where to start!? How do we tie it all together?

This eclectic quilt celebrates the heart of IMPS' important mission: be they young, old, injured, or neglected, we love our Min Pins. This caring spirit is captured through photos, embroidery, embroidered motifs, and applique blocks. The blocks are accented with decorative stitching on a sweet buttery floral sashing, followed by sky blue vine border, finalized with a dark blue binding and matching mud paw prints. The backing is a medium blue of Kona cotton and comes with a hanging sleeve so it may be hung as a wall hanging.

This quilt was made by Gail Perkins. To see more of her wonderful work, please visit www.peacetopiecequilts.com.

This quilt measures approximately 68" x 68" and is comprised of 16 -12" squares, a lovely size to cuddle under with your favorite canine or feline friends. So take a peek through the Attic Windows, and see the work and variety of the custom made squares.

What day isn't better when you have an end of the day cookie to share? "Cookie Time" at our household has everyone lining up at the cookie tin right after the nightly news.

This earth-tone quilt features a multitude of techniques: hand stitched applique, upside down applique, needlepoint, embroidery, embroidery motifs, photo transfers, and thread painting. In other words, a very diverse collection of talents! Those lucky Min Pins are then wrapped up in a cozy brown batik topped with a generous portion of appliqued cookie biscuits. The quilt's backing features the same brown batik and comes with hanging sleeve so it can also be presented as a wall hanging.

This quilt was made by Gail Perkins. To see more of her wonderful work, please visit www.peacetopiecequilts.com.
